Nearly 20 years in IT. Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Azure Security Engineer. Kris built and ran an MSP across both NZ and the UK before pivoting entirely to Managed AI - one of the first in the NZ SMB market to do so.
He designs the AI environments, runs the leadership alignment sessions with your leadership team, and leads every Founder-tier engagement directly. When you book a Founder seat, you get Kris - not a team member.
He also runs HybrIT's YouTube channel, building practical AI content for NZ businesses, and is currently applying to the Anthropic Claude Partner Network. Clients describe him as "fabulous to partner with" - direct, clear, and easy to work with on the complex stuff.

Patricia Aguilar
AI Solutions Engineer
Patricia was part of our Managed-IT Services Team - assisting clients in the Service Help Desk, as well as driving overall efforts to improve the security posture of various clients.
Now, she is an essential part of our Managed-AI team, involved daily in the engineering and implementation side of the service.
Full-stack builds, project architecture considerations, security configurations for AI-driven applications, and product management are some of her tasks.
She builds internally for HybrIT and helps clients build their own.
As a security advocate, she implements and writes security requirements as part of the process - not a review step.
She's also part of our AI Coaching service. Clients reach her when they're stuck, want to go further, or just need a question answered without feeling like it's a silly thing to ask.

Seat plans from $500 per month
Three seat types - Standard, Builder, and Founder - so you can match the level of support to how each person in your team actually works. Mix and match across your organisation. Claude licences are billed directly by Anthropic and are separate from HybrIT fees.
Founder Cohort

What people ask before they get started
Do we need a big data governance project before we can start?
No - and this is one of the biggest misconceptions about AI adoption. Unlike Microsoft Copilot, we don't need to connect to all your corporate data from the start. We take a gentle approach: point at specific folders, get the team up and running, and grow from there. Most businesses are up and running within weeks.
Does Anthropic train on our business data?
No. Enterprise Claude accounts do not use your data to train AI models. Your conversations, files, and business information stay within your environment. We configure data controls as part of onboarding so you have documentation to point to. Anthropic publishes this directly: data usage policy and Team & Enterprise terms.
What if my team doesn't actually use it?
That's exactly what the onboarding process and ongoing coaching prevent. The team buy-in session builds genuine adoption before training starts - people see how AI helps them personally, not as a top-down mandate. And when someone gets stuck or loses momentum, coaching is there. You don't lose the investment because support runs out after week one.
Does the price include Claude licences?
No. Claude Team or Enterprise licences are billed directly by Anthropic - not through HybrIT. Our fees cover everything else: governance setup, training, ongoing management, coaching, and platform updates. You'll always know exactly what you're paying and who it's going to.
