Chetan is part of our multi-skilled team - with presence in Managed IT and Managed Cloud Infrastructure. He is hands-on across the full Microsoft stack.
From Azure infrastructure deployment, hardening, and account management through to Exchange, Intune, Teams, and Microsoft 365 Security Operations.
He is not limited to the Microsoft tech stack. He is also hands-on with server infrastructure as well as end-user computing and support.
He enjoys solving a complex technical problem — whether that's collaborating with other engineers, acting as an escalation point for security incidents, or having the client conversation that needs deep platform knowledge.
Chetan bridges the gap between the technical detail and what the client actually needs to hear.

What exactly does Managed Azure cover?
Everything your Azure environment needs to run well: architecture and deployment, continuous security and compliance management aligned to recognised frameworks, cost optimisation, and tested recovery if the worst happens. Day-to-day running of every workload - virtual machines and Azure Virtual Desktop included - is part of the service; the value is that all of it is held to best practice, continuously.
How is the management fee calculated?
Managed Azure is billed at 30% of your monthly Azure spend, charged alongside your usual Azure invoice. No hourly billing and no separate per-ticket charges - the fee scales with your environment.
Is this separate from Managed IT Services?
Yes. Managed Azure is scoped and quoted separately from our per-user IT support plans. If you're also on a Managed IT plan, your helpdesk and device support continues as normal - Managed Azure covers the cloud infrastructure layer specifically.
What if we already have infrastructure elsewhere?
We work with what you have. Onboarding starts with a review of your current environment so we understand what's there, what's working, and what needs attention - we don't require a rebuild from scratch.
